This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver national on-site service and support for MIR and microscopy systems, along with other technologies.

• Install, repair, maintain, upgrade, diagnose, and relocate analytical systems.

• Integrate analytical instruments into various processes.

• Connect analytical systems with networks and specialized software solutions.

• Educate users on the instruments and their applications.

• Provide assistance to the remote-solution center as needed.

• Aid in-house repairs upon request.

• Help generate service-related documentation when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or relevant experience.

• Strong technical expertise in electronics and mechanics; knowledge of optics is advantageous.

• Experience in Field Service.

• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary PC and network standards.

• Demonstrated experience with MIR and microscopy systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with remote diagnostics and/or microscopy is a bonus.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English in both spoken and written forms.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel several days a week with frequent overnight stays.

• Customer-oriented, solution-focused mindset, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
