This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Perform service and maintenance on Anton Paar measuring instruments.

• Commission instruments accordingly.

• Diagnose and resolve faults effectively.

• Deliver after-sales support.

• Provide proactive assistance to customers.

• Work across Austria to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Travel throughout Western and Northern Austria, including potential overnight stays during the workweek.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) or an equivalent technical qualification.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology is essential.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.

• Proficient in German at C1 level, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in English.

• Competence in using a PC.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• A confident demeanor.

• Willingness to travel within Western and Northern Austria.

• Overnight hotel stays during the workweek may be necessary.

• High level of customer focus and results orientation.
