This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver national service and on-site support for NIR and MIR systems along with other related technologies.

• Install, repair, maintain, upgrade, diagnose, and relocate various systems.

• Integrate analytical instruments into existing processes.

• Connect analytical systems with networks and specialized software solutions.

• Educate users on instruments and their applications.

• Provide assistance to the remote-solution center as required.

• Facilitate in-house repairs upon request.

• Help generate service-related documentation when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent experience.

• Strong technical expertise in electronics and mechanics; knowledge of optics is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary PC and network standards.

• Experience in field service roles.

• A proven history in NIR/MIR and remote diagnostics is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German is essential.

• Competent in English, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, along with adaptability.

• Willingness to travel several days per week.

• Frequent travel and overnight stays are mandatory.
