Field Service Engineer, IT Hardware – Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install and conduct preventive maintenance on diagnostic equipment.

• Assist with hardware and IT/connectivity tasks.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hardware, and system problems.

• Complete documentation for equipment service and installation.

• Travel frequently to customer sites throughout the Southeast and, on occasion, to other U.S. locations.

• Collaborate directly with customers and technical teams.

• Engage in training at the Indianapolis facility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.

• 0–5 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Practical experience in mechanical, electronics, hardware, IT, or equipment.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Willingness to travel 90% of the time across the East Coast.

• Travel to customer locations in the Southeast and occasionally other U.S. areas.
