This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality technical support to clients

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC-based solutions

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot ZTR locomotive operations, products, and solutions

• Offer customer service and support via field visits and phone assistance

• Travel to client locations for the commissioning and installation of ZTR equipment

• Conduct on-site technical training sessions and presentations for customers

• Execute assigned sales support and project management responsibilities

• Engage in a 24/7 on-call support rotation for urgent troubleshooting

⛳️ Requirements

• Two-year or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or a degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 2+ years of relevant work experience

• Familiarity with PLCs

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills across diverse audiences

• Capacity to work independently at customer sites while managing project scope and budget

• Outstanding organizational and data entry skills for relevant administrative duties

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for client visits

• Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

• Must reside in or near East St. Louis, Illinois
