Field Service Engineer, Belgium

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems at customer locations throughout the region.

• Conduct visits to customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnostics, and upgrades.

• Contribute to goals related to Customer Satisfaction, Return Call Rate, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and Utilization.

• Provide insights to enhance product reliability and offer feedback to business units and field services.

• Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure efficient processes and effective information flow.

• Partner closely with Sales teams on opportunities and escalations.

• Operate remotely from home to serve the Benelux region.

• Report to the Service Team Leader as a member of the NEE Service Team in Belgium.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technically qualified, ideally possessing a Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical or Electronic fields.

• Proficient in English, Dutch, and French.

• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Capable of problem-solving effectively.

• Possess a valid driving license B.

• Able to safely carry and move items up to 25 kg.

• Willing to travel for product training in various countries.
