Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality of customer analyses as part of a team of eight technicians.

• Initiate new instrumentation projects.

• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance on process and laboratory instruments.

• Drive a service vehicle to customer sites, primarily in the Capital Region and Zealand.

• Document work through service reports, task closures, and parts orders in ServiceMax via iPad and PC.

• Collaborate with the sales team to recommend service contracts, instrumentation, and new projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with electricity and/or chemistry is an advantage.

• A relevant background could include electrician, precision mechanic, laboratory technician, or a similar technical profession.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 20 days per year.

• A valid driver's license for standard passenger vehicles, category B.

• Ideally residing in or around Greater Copenhagen.

• Fluent in Danish.

• Proficient in English at a working level.
