Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver top-notch repair and maintenance services for both company and third-party products

• Oversee the maintenance and testing of Warden/Nursecall systems

• Ensure the upkeep and testing of dispersed/social alarms

• Manage the maintenance and testing of door entry and access systems

• Maintain and test various electrical and electronic products

• Collaborate with a diverse customer base, including vulnerable and elderly individuals, in their homes

• Provide services in an efficient and professional manner

• Work in unison as a part of the One Tunstall team

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Field Engineer

• Expertise in electrical and electronic maintenance and testing of products

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

• Valid full Category B UK driving license for manual vehicles

• Familiarity with testing Fire Systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capable of effective teamwork

• Proficient in time management and planning

• Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces

• Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations
