This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair TRUMPF CNC machines.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.

• Collaborate closely with customers and machinery to ensure equipment functions within the expected tolerances.

• Coordinate with Product Support for technical assistance and provide diagnostic insights.

• Utilize visual indicators, software applications, and diagnostic tools to identify machine issues.

• Consult and apply company repair manuals and work orders for repair tasks.

• Recommend modifications or updates to current technical documentation as necessary.

• Assemble, install, align, clean, and replace or install components for machinery and equipment.

• Report technical conditions and machine data accurately to PSG and management.

• Interact with applications, sales, engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams.

• Deliver onsite customer training for machine operation and/or repair procedures.

• Present organized service reports following each repair mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering principles or a relevant combination of education and work experience.

• Proficiency in computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics is advantageous.

• Must possess and uphold a clean and valid driver's license and driving record.

• Willingness to travel nationwide 100%, including overnight stays and occasional weekend and international trips.
