Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer locations.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines as TOMRA expands its presence across the UK.

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to repair requests.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and site contacts.

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.

• Travel throughout the region to provide customer support, including occasional overnight stays.

• Document service activities, machine status, and updates utilizing digital systems and tools.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements by sharing insights and feedback.

• Enhance technical knowledge while adhering to high safety standards.

• Comply with TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety protocols.

• Flexibility to travel and self-manage your schedule in a field-based position.

• Occasional travel to England, Wales, and/or Scotland may be necessary.

• A valid full UK driving licence is required.

• Willingness to work approved overtime and weekends as needed.

• From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern that includes weekend coverage.
