Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer locations.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines throughout the UK.

• Identify and address mechanical and electrical problems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and site representatives.

• Travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays as necessary.

• Document service activities, machine conditions, and updates using digital platforms and tools.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement by providing feedback and enhancing technical skills.

• Adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety protocols.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining safe and reliable equipment operation.

• A background in electro-mechanical systems, with a desire to learn how to analyze, test, and repair intricate equipment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• Willingness to travel and manage your schedule in a field-based position.

• A valid UK driving licence.

• Availability to work occasional approved overtime and weekends.

• Capability to work a rota-based shift schedule, including weekend coverage starting from October 2027.
