Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical, application, and troubleshooting assistance to field operations

• Facilitate technical training sessions for both internal and external audiences

• Assist in trade show activities

• Liaise with the factory to resolve issues effectively

• Develop and implement the demonstration plan

• Prepare and present test reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and conciseness in the data

• Engage in additional assignments and projects as needed
