This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Troubleshoot and address technical problems on Linde forklifts and various material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and necessary inspections on equipment.
• Service Linde forklifts and other material handling devices at customer sites.
• Travel to diverse customer locations while delivering outstanding technical support.
• Foster strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure equipment operates at optimal efficiency.
• Support customer operations both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer.
• Background as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, or vehicle technician.
• Familiarity with plant equipment, powered access machinery, agricultural vehicles, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly advantageous.
• Ideally possess NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in using IT equipment for accurate record-keeping and order placement.
• A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
