This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Haemonetics systems for customers within the assigned region, both proactively and preventively.
• Minimize downtime by effectively training site personnel and conducting swift problem investigations.
• Organize, coordinate, and prepare training sessions focused on application usage.
• Provide application training to site staff on the medical equipment that has been installed.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training sessions for both customer personnel and Haemonetics employees.
• Build partnerships with potential customers through product demonstrations.
• Advocate for Haemonetics products among existing customers.
• A degree in technical engineering or technical education with solid technical expertise, or a minimum of four years of experience in a Field Service role, medical device sector, or a similar environment.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and a confident, professional demeanor in customer-facing situations.
• Technical proficiency to comprehend and instruct customers and users on product usage.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight (averaging 1 or 2 nights per week).
• Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Ability to effectively manage time constraints.
• Proven computer skills and basic networking knowledge.
• Valid driving license.
