Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial 3D printers at customer locations.

• Serve as a dependable and knowledgeable point of contact for clients.

• Conduct system introductions and provide basic training sessions.

• Offer remote guidance and technical support to both customers and colleagues.

• Assist customers with service cases and manage inquiries through the escalation process.

• Engage in comprehensive in-house training on machines and technology at EOS facilities in Germany.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical service role, coupled with effective customer interaction skills.

• Strong understanding of complex industrial machinery, including both electrical and mechanical components.

• Proficient IT skills (SAP, MS Office applications).

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region and to Germany for training purposes.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.
