Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to clients across the broader Göttingen/Kassel area

• Execute maintenance, repairs, and system installations

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges

• Perform tests and standard procedures

• Utilize IT knowledge for installation projects and internal endeavors

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification from a technical college or university in media technology, mechatronics, precision engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a related discipline

• Multiple years of practical experience in a similar field service position

• Strong focus on customer service

• Understanding of IT concepts with a keen interest in establishing and managing networks, servers, and interfaces

• Expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, EDP interfaces, and measurement technologies

• Proficient in English

• Fluent in German at a professional negotiation level

• Exceptional self-organization, a high level of initiative, and the ability to communicate confidently with individuals at all organizational levels

• Must reside in the greater Göttingen/Kassel area
