This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at client locations.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical testing as per maintenance agreements.
• Attend to customer support inquiries within a designated region.
• Diagnose, install, perform preventative maintenance, and repair specified equipment.
• Manage and keep track of spare parts inventory.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure issues are resolved and followed up accurately.
• Utilize established processes and root cause analysis to address customer service challenges.
• Foster service business expansion through sales initiatives for service contracts, parts, upgrades, consumables, and equipment opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant qualification in Biology, Chemistry, or another STEM discipline.
• Equivalent military training, or an Associate's degree coupled with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel 35%, including overnight stays, within the assigned territory or specific locations.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving history.
• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
