This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver exceptional technical support and service to customers in the medical imaging field.
• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain medical imaging devices.
• Provide service for medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Identify and resolve electronic, mechanical, computer, and network-related technical challenges.
• Ensure that systems comply with OEM specifications and fulfill customer requirements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform advanced repairs on equipment.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during on-site customer engagements.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams for improvements.
• Enhance knowledge regarding equipment repair and installation processes.
• Offer project updates, feedback, and insights to management, including the Zone Service Director.
• Address technical issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Document newly established procedures and train end users accordingly.
• Undertake additional responsibilities to support team and organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in medical imaging engineering or a similar role.
• Preferred: Experience servicing Women's Health/Hologic equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude along with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience in customer service.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, typing, and internet research.
• Knowledge of computer diagnostic software and hardware.
• Experience with database entry and management.
• Valid driver’s license with a record of safe driving history.
• Successful completion of MVR, criminal background check, and drug screening.
• Medical examination and written test may be required for operating rental trucks or fleet vehicles under DOT regulations.
• Compliance with on-the-job driver safety training if required to operate rental trucks or fleet vehicles.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, kneel, and twist frequently.
• Ability to push/pull and lift weights exceeding 25 lbs. but not more than 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% as necessary.
