Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, repair, and uninstall gaming machines, signs, and controllers.

• Oversee installation and service activities in coordination with the Department Head.

• Deliver direct customer support, including training, advice on parts, and maintenance programs.

• Resolve customer technical issues either in-person or via phone.

• Report technical trends and challenges to management.

• Communicate with customer representatives and management regarding product efficiency and operational matters.

• Supervise service activities and escalate issues to guarantee prompt resolution.

• Keep the workplace organized and tidy.

• Provide monthly reports on field issues and installations.

• Track system-related issues on the One Link and Vertex Bingo platforms.

• Ensure a swift response to system-related problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.

• Electronics qualifications are preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick learning aptitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Understanding of digital electronics and networking technologies.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated.

• Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended hours.

• Must be able to lift and handle heavy equipment with ease.

• Required to obtain a gaming license.

• Must uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information.
