This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration of instruments at customer locations within the designated region.

• Oversee inventory management, trip planning, and administrative responsibilities associated with service operations.

• Act as a vital member of the East Region service team.

• Report directly to the East Region Field Service Manager based in Ashland, Virginia.

• Travel predominantly throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland.

• Provide support for Anton Paar's high-precision measuring instruments used for assessing physical, chemical, mechanical, and structural properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in working with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.

• Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Willingness to travel frequently overnight (up to 75%).

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a passport.

• Not eligible for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.
