📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services at customer locations within the designated region.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration of instruments.

• Install instruments and offer customer training across all product lines.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Schedule service trips effectively.

• Complete administrative responsibilities related to service operations.

• Report directly to the Central Region Service Manager located in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.

• Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a passport.

• Must not require current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.

• Willingness to travel up to 90%, including overnight stays.
