This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services that encompass preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training for all product lines.

• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration of instruments at customer locations within the designated region.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Organize travel itineraries.

• Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to service operations.

• Travel primarily throughout Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota, and South Dakota, with emphasis on the Central region.

• Report directly to the Central Region Field Service Manager based in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

• Provide support for Anton Paar's high-precision measuring instruments that assess physical, chemical, mechanical, and structural properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.

• An Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Willingness to travel frequently overnight (up to 75%).

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a passport.

• Not eligible for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.
