Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide training for flow cytometers, microplate readers/imaging systems, plate washers, capillary electrophoresis instruments, and other devices within the designated region.

• Address user challenges encountered during instrument operation promptly.

• Comprehend customer requirements and gain their acknowledgment through exceptional service.

• Required travel up to 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, cell biology, or a related biological field.

• Over 3 years of experience in operating gene and cell analysis instruments.

• Previous experience in after-sales service is preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Skills in team collaboration.

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Willingness to adapt to frequent travel.
