Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, training, maintenance, and repair services of Agilent spectrometers.

• Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and application engineers.

• Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions through expert technical services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Science, Pharmacy, Materials Science, or Precision Instruments.

• Familiarity with the principles of analytical instruments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong hands-on abilities.

• Good resilience under pressure.

• Willingness to travel.

• Availability to travel 50% of the time.
