This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, delivering support for Renesas MCU, MPU, and Connectivity products.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to establish and execute sales strategies for embedded processing products at designated accounts from initial discovery through to production.

• Assess customer requirements and propose products, solutions, and services tailored for end-user applications.

• Drive new business growth by gathering customer insights and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for product and solution development.

• Oversee and facilitate issue escalations with internal engineering teams to guarantee swift and high-quality resolutions.

• Deliver clear and actionable program updates to senior leadership.

• Work in partnership with Product Line, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to provide customer-centric feedback and influence upcoming roadmaps.

• Assist strategic customers in New England and meet design-in objectives for the Renesas product portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with ARM and/or proprietary MCU-based embedded processing design.

• Strong expertise in embedded processor project design and debugging using development tools for RTOS and Linux-based embedded systems.

• Solid understanding of hardware design and schematics concerning MCUs.

• Proven ability to engage directly with customers on complex technical issues, assisting design engineers throughout project discovery, part selection, solution implementation, and production phases.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the capability to convey intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Experience with Renesas MCU/MPU products or similar semiconductor products is preferred.

• Familiarity with wireless connectivity products such as BLE, Wi-Fi, and NFC is preferred.

• Experience in embedded AI/ML applications is an asset.
