Field Scientist – MSAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support before and after sales for the integration of Cytiva filtration technologies into customer workflows.

• Work in conjunction with commercial and R&D teams as a member of the EU Filtration Customer Success team.

• Utilize normal flow filtration and tangential flow filtration products to develop innovative process solutions.

• Perform feasibility studies, provide technical consultations, conduct customer training, and execute bench-scale trials.

• Maintain strong customer engagement throughout projects to ensure successful execution and satisfaction.

• Travel to customer locations for technical meetings, execution of test work, technical presentations, and project assessments.

• Offer guidance on scale-up and scale-down studies, testing strategies, data interpretation, process sizing, compatibility advice, troubleshooting, and field investigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field in science or engineering.

• Over 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector within MSAT, Process Development, Manufacturing, or a similar technical role.

• Proven experience in providing technical support and engaging directly with customers.

• Proficiency in French (both written and spoken).

• Business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to assist customers throughout Europe.

• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for pharmaceutical manufacturing and biopharmaceutical production is advantageous.

• Knowledge of purification and filtration methods used in bioprocessing and drug manufacturing is beneficial.

• Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.

• Capacity to work remotely from home.

• Must be able to travel to customer locations.
