Field Sales Representative (Relief Role), Pharmaceutical Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance in temporarily unoccupied sales territories throughout France, for both short- and long-term assignments.

• Maintain continuity of commercial relationships within the designated territory.

• Establish enduring partnerships with pharmacies and parapharmacies.

• Aid customers in enhancing their retail locations.

• Actively seek out new customer prospects.

• Broaden the brand’s visibility in each assigned territory.

• Execute established sales and marketing strategies.

• Ensure products are prominently showcased.

• Evaluate outcomes and suggest suitable action plans.

• Quickly adjust to new territories, teams, and contacts.

• Report to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager, depending on the assignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree from a business school or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven initial field sales experience, preferably in selective distribution.

• Familiarity with pharmacy and parapharmacy networks is a significant advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively across France.

• Available for regular travel, which may include overnight stays.

• Strong desire for challenges, sales performance, and adaptability.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• Capability to swiftly persuade new contacts.
