Field Sales Representative – Munich South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing the sales territory within grocery retail (LEH) and petrol (forecourt) channels independently.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers.

• Ensure products are optimally placed, available, and visible.

• Execute innovative secondary placements and introduce fresh market impulses.

• Represent BiFi and Jack Link’s professionally at trade fairs and events.

• Manage the territory as an entrepreneur, taking independent responsibility for key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute personal ideas aimed at driving growth.

• Report directly to the Regional Field Force Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit are mandatory.

• Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.

• A completed vocational training in food retail or a degree in food, retail, business administration (BWL), or a related field is required.

• Initial relevant sales experience in field sales or retail is necessary.

• Candidates should reside in southeastern Munich, preferably in the Unterhaching or Vaterstetten area.

• Strong sales skills, a confident demeanor, and a solution-oriented working style are essential.

• High self-motivation and excellent organizational skills are expected.

• A willingness to take on responsibility is crucial.

• Must be open to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

• A valid driving license category B (car) is required.
