Field Sales Representative – Food/Grocery Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee current accounts in grocery retail while actively fostering new relationships.

• Engage potential partners through in-person meetings and phone outreach.

• Enhance brand presence with strategic shelf placements and display units.

• Showcase products on-site and offer professional, solution-oriented advice.

• Coordinate tastings and promotional sales events.

• Keep track of market trends and competitors, and perform market analyses.

• Provide regular updates on successes and insights into the market.

• Represent fayn at trade shows and sales events.

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the food sector or grocery retail.

• A passion for premium products along with a confident and persuasive demeanor.

• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation capabilities.

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

• Valid driving license (Class B).

• Proficient in spoken and written German.
