Field Sales Representative – Fluid Systems, Filtration Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance relationships with key accounts within your designated territory.

• Discover new prospects through existing clients, referrals, and networking opportunities.

• Keep clients updated on the newest products, applications, and solutions available.

• Assist customers with product selection and offer training as required.

• Create and implement a weekly sales plan, targeting five quality visits each day.

• Record customer interactions and sales activities in ACS at least three times a week.

• Work collaboratively on a daily basis with Inside Sales, the Regional Sales Manager, and team members to strategize and solve problems.

• Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and sales abilities.

• Represent Ryan Herco with professionalism and integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Over two years of experience in industrial field or outside sales.

• Background in industrial sales, specifically in fluid control, filtration, or fluid handling systems is strongly preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to coordinate team activities and conduct training sessions.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic mathematics (decimals, fractions, algebra).

• Quick learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and utilize CRM applications.

• Some overnight travel may be necessary.
