Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a brand ambassador for BiFi and Jack Link’s within your designated territory.

• Take charge of managing your own sales territory in grocery retail and petrol sectors.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers while fostering long-term relationships.

• Ensure optimal product placement, availability, and visibility in the market.

• Execute innovative secondary placements and introduce new initiatives to the marketplace.

• Represent BiFi and Jack Link’s in a professional manner at trade shows and events.

• Operate your territory like an entrepreneur, taking full responsibility for KPIs.

• Bring your own ideas to the table to promote growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit is mandatory.

• This position does not offer relocation assistance.

• Completion of vocational training in retail/grocery or a degree in food science, retail, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Some relevant experience in sales (field sales or retail) is preferred.

• Ideally based in Karlsruhe or within a 40 km radius to the east of Karlsruhe.

• Strong sales capabilities, confident demeanor, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• High self-motivation paired with strong organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel, including some overnight stays.

• Possession of a class B driving license (car).
