This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in achieving the company's strategic objectives, core values, and Triple Bottom Line initiatives.
• Actively engage with accounts to promote initiatives such as new brands, packaging, and marketing promotions.
• Enhance the visibility and sales velocity of GLBC products through additional placements.
• Conduct daily sales visits to both on- and off-premise retailers.
• Execute retail samplings, on-premise promotions, and beer dinners.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly recap reports.
• Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and training.
• Facilitate brewery visits for retail partners.
• Complete account surveys as required.
• Manage operations within the designated expense budget.
• Collaborate with distributor sales/management and the direct manager as needed.
• Oversee pub exclusives and specialty brews in collaboration with distributors.
• Monthly management of distributor POS inventory to optimize its use in the market.
• Ensure proper rotation of distributor inventories and retail stock, ensuring products are within their sell-by date.
• Conduct monthly warehouse inspections at distributors to monitor product rotation and identify out-of-date items.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of two years of pertinent experience.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proficient in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a driving record deemed acceptable by the company’s insurance standards.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel as required, including overnight stays.
• Familiarity with the specific territory is preferred.
• A solid understanding of the beer and brewing industry is preferred.
