This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with teams and customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Act as the primary individual accountable for customer satisfaction within ChemTreat’s administrative functions.
• Occasionally travel to supported regions for local team or customer interaction activities.
• Collaborate with the local ChemTreat team on sales and administrative responsibilities.
• Take part in team training, customer training, service initiatives, and sales campaigns.
• Build relationships with customer-site administrative staff.
• Organize customer-site activities under the guidance of the designated local representative.
• Serve as the liaison for ChemTreat customers and address any issues that arise.
• Partner with corporate teams on software and system modifications, including CT Vista, Power BI, and Concur.
• Relay system updates and offer training and resources to service and sales teams.
• Assist field sales and service teams while enhancing employee and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and maintain financial, pricing, contract, and cost details.
• Arrange team meetings, customer entertainment, and travel logistics.
• Generate internal and external reports utilizing CT Vista, Microsoft Office, Power BI, tank monitoring software, and other relevant tools.
• Place and monitor orders, review customer manuals, adjust customer pricing, and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Oversee administrative account-management duties as directed by responsible representatives.
• Some college education is required; courses in business school or college are preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in responsibilities similar to those outlined above.
• At least five years of general business experience.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing proficiency is required.
• Skill in creating customer reviews, sales presentations, and customer training materials in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate with Graphics and Documents teams to develop proposals and media.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Competence in balancing multiple field team members and managing various priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively using diverse styles and techniques.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times a year.
• Capability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
