This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with teams and clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Act as the primary contact for ensuring customer satisfaction within ChemTreat’s administrative operations.
• Occasionally travel to designated regions for local team or client-related activities.
• Collaborate with the local ChemTreat team on sales and administrative responsibilities.
• Participate in training sessions for both the team and customers, as well as service and sales initiatives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with administrative staff at key customer locations.
• Manage activities as guided by the designated local representative.
• Serve as the liaison for ChemTreat customers and address their concerns.
• Collaborate with ChemTreat corporate to foresee software and system modifications.
• Communicate system updates and partner with Area Managers to deliver training and resources.
• Foster relationships with field sales and service teams to enhance employee and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and present financial management data.
• Distribute and rectify updates regarding salesman costs.
• Maintain information that supports pricing and contract management.
• Organize team meetings, customer entertainment, and arrangements for travel.
• Utilize CT Vista, Microsoft Office, Power BI, tank monitoring software, and other tools to create internal and external reports.
• Place and monitor orders.
• Review customer guides and update pricing for clients.
• Ensure accuracy by reviewing invoices.
• Oversee account-management administrative tasks as instructed by responsible representatives.
• Travel as required, up to 10% of the time.
• Some college education is necessary; business school or college courses are preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in similar roles is required.
• At least five years of general business experience is needed.
• Capability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, are necessary.
• Typing proficiency is required.
• Ability to create customer reviews, sales presentations, and training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competence in coordinating with Graphics and Documents to prepare proposals and media.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities are vital.
• Ability to manage multiple field team members and prioritize various tasks effectively.
• Capability to communicate effectively using diverse styles and techniques.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times annually for team meetings, client meetings, sales campaigns, and relationship-building activities.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
