This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Engage with teams and clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Act as the customer liaison and problem solver for ChemTreat’s administrative operations.
• Collaborate with local ChemTreat teams on sales and administrative activities for field sales and service teams.
• Participate in training for teams, customers, service operations, and sales initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with administrative staff at major client locations.
• Manage customer transactions under the guidance of the designated local representative.
• Oversee software and system updates, including CT Vista, Power BI, and Concur.
• Communicate system updates and coordinate training and resources with Area Managers.
• Assist field sales and service teams to enhance employee and customer satisfaction.
• Gather and present financial management information.
• Distribute and rectify salesman cost updates.
• Maintain data supporting pricing and contract management.
• Organize team meetings, customer events, and travel logistics.
• Produce internal and external account-management reports using CT Vista, Microsoft Office, Power BI, tank monitoring software, and other tools.
• Place and monitor orders.
• Review customer guides and update pricing for clients.
• Verify invoices for accuracy.
• Manage administrative account-management tasks as directed by responsible representatives.
• Travel as necessary, not exceeding 10% of the time.
• Some college education is required; business school or collegiate courses are preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in roles such as customer liaison, administrative coordination, reporting, order tracking, pricing, invoicing, and account management.
• At least five years of general business experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Competency in typing.
• Capability to create customer reviews, sales presentations, and customer training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate with Graphics and Documents to prepare proposals and media.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple field team members and manage various priorities.
• Proficient in effective communication using diverse styles and techniques.
• Availability for travel 2–3 times a year for team meetings, customer meetings, sales campaigns, and relationship building.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to supported territories.
• Capability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
