Field Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Submit orders accurately and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and appropriately filed.

• Coordinate and finalize paperwork necessary for product fittings, order processing, and compliance.

• Act as the main point of contact for patient inquiries related to Regen product fittings and support.

• Communicate and collaborate with Enovis’ internal order processing team to guarantee timely and precise processing.

• Provide continuous administrative support to Territory Managers for daily operational requirements.

• Manage and assist with VA submissions by preparing, tracking, and submitting required documentation.

• Work with the regional team to optimize submission processes and meet essential deadlines.

• Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding paperwork, approvals, and scheduling issues.

• Arrange patient appointments and coordinate documentation to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Keep accurate records and logs of communications, orders, and support activities.

• Proactively identify and address delays or gaps in paperwork, order progression, or patient coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; preference for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, healthcare coordination, customer service, or a similar field.

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.

• Understanding of VA systems is preferred.
