This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet quarterly and annual Gross Profit targets through effective sales initiatives and programs.
• Oversee and coordinate sales operations within the territory using a collaborative team approach.
• Develop, manage, and enhance Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales within the designated area.
• Engage in face-to-face consultative discussions with every client and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Strategically plan, organize, and execute sales strategies utilizing company resources, tools, and initiatives.
• Expand market share in Merchandise, Equipment, Service, and Henry Schein Solutions.
• Utilize Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management systems, and predictive sales tools effectively.
• Participate in sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training sessions, and industry events as directed.
• Encourage event-based selling and foster deeper customer relationships.
• Manage a territory that includes Northwest and North Central Indiana.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.
• Strong professional selling skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to reach out, connect, and engage with potential clients.
• Proficiency in computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Goal-driven with effective time management capabilities.
• Proficient in client prospecting and managing accounts.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with industry practices.
