This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Perform routine visits to OB-GYN offices and other referring providers to promote services, build partnerships, and enhance relationships.
• Execute office calls, luncheons, dinners, open house events, preceptorships, and meetings.
• Organize and oversee educational opportunities such as webinars and seminars for referring providers and prospective patients.
• Employ market, competitive, and internal data to develop and maintain territory call routing plans.
• Keep precise records of visits, interactions, partnership activities, and provider account contact details in Salesforce.
• Customize messaging and strategy based on the service differentiators of Central Pennsylvania, territory knowledge, and market conditions.
• Conduct annual territory competitive analysis and evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements.
• Collaborate with Central Pennsylvania physicians to formulate account strategies and identify target accounts.
• Monitor referral volume and prioritize activities based on insights derived from data.
• Utilize industry partners and local employers to enhance referrals, broaden reach, and increase brand awareness.
• Work with marketing to create and distribute territory-specific provider materials.
• Provide weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports; oversee the field territory budget.
• Present referral outcomes and trends at quarterly director and physician meetings.
• Maintain professional, fertility, and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Liberal Arts and Sciences.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/service sales is preferred.
• Experience in women’s healthcare pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.
• Must reside within the designated geography or within a reasonable driving distance.
• Skills in time and territory management.
• Familiarity with the local market and health systems.
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, Power BI.
• Ability to leverage data to inform field priorities.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
• Proven ability in influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
