This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee a designated sales territory and promote the growth of CooperVision’s contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Provide product education, enhance product adoption, expand market share, and meet revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities within the North Nashville region.
• Achieve and surpass anticipated sales objectives according to territory quotas.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with approximately 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer operations, assess their needs, and profile accounts.
• Develop and implement call-cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Sustain technical expertise regarding CooperVision and competing products.
• Track industry developments and Health Product Research data.
• Educate clients on CooperVision’s product range and propose suitable solutions.
• Sell value-added products and services to client offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while monitoring return on investment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to evaluate product, account, and territory sales performance.
• Attend state and regional optical events when required.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time, with an additional 10–15% travel for conferences, training, and regional meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in delivering presentations to varying sizes of customer groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Over 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational credentials, and driving records.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, proof of minimum insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record as mandated by the company.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when setting up, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
