This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a specified sales territory and foster the growth of CooperVision’s contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Provide product education, enhance product uptake, and expand market presence.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Enter new accounts and drive sales within the West Boston, MA territory.
• Cultivate professional sales relationships across all distribution channels utilizing a consultative selling approach.
• Achieve and surpass anticipated sales targets based on territorial quotas.
• Effectively manage time throughout all phases of the sales funnel.
• Maintain a territory call cycle with around 5–7 pre-scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Utilize Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau, and other sales tools.
• Develop and implement call cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business within the designated geographic territory.
• Maintain technical knowledge of CooperVision and competing products.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and Health Product Research data.
• Educate clients on CooperVision’s product lineup and provide recommendations.
• Market value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while monitoring return on investment.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Analyze product, account sales, and territory expansion using CRM tools and reports.
• Participate in state and regional optical exhibitions when required.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at client locations.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% of the time for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Ability to operate autonomously as a self-starter.

• Experience using CRM systems, including Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience across any industry.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferable.
• Proven track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may involve verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational background, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of minimum insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record as mandated by the company.
• Required to reside within the assigned territory or in close proximity.
• Starting base salary ranging from $89,472.00 to $119,296.00 per year.
