Field Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for customer organizations within retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors in a designated territory.

• Assist in a rebate initiative that promotes energy-efficient products, ensuring adherence to guidelines and fostering participation.

• Advocate for energy-efficient products via in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training sessions.

• Conduct regular visits to retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a weekly basis.

• Confirm the presence of point-of-sale materials and the placement of rebate-eligible products.

• Organize and support promotional events in designated locations.

• Serve as the local, on-site program representative for customers and contractors.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships to encourage participation and address program challenges.

• Record interactions with customers and contractors in accordance with program requirements.

• Manage existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new opportunities.

• Travel extensively throughout the Gettysburg region.

• Primarily operate from a home office while traveling daily within the assigned territory.

• Participate in occasional team meetings at the Bridgeville, PA headquarters, approximately 1–2 times per year.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• A High School Diploma or Associate Degree is required.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Ability to independently manage time and adhere to a structured visit schedule.

• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis is necessary.

• Must reside within a commutable distance to Gettysburg, PA.

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.

• Maintenance of a satisfactory and clean driving record is an ongoing requirement.

• Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment drug test is required.

• Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements, if necessary.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship or support.

• Successful completion of pre-employment checks is mandatory.
