This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of access services and support for healthcare professionals and offices, covering patient-specific coverage, channel acquisition, and site-of-care options such as infusion centers.
β’ Assist in identifying potential patient treatment locations, facilitating site onboarding, and managing ongoing site accounts.
β’ Ensure optimal patient access and effective management at both the account and patient levels.
β’ Track patient compliance and adherence to prescribed treatment regimens.
β’ Foster collaborative relationships with Regeneron colleagues, including Regional Directors and Account Specialists.
β’ Provide education to physician offices regarding coverage and coding for Regeneron products.
β’ Engage in daily case update meetings with the HUB and relay case status to field partners.
β’ Support sales partners by delivering reimbursement materials and assisting physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB program partners.
β’ Strategically plan territory coverage and manage time effectively across the designated geographic area.
β’ Aid prescribing and treating healthcare providers and office staff in securing timely access to Regeneron's rare disease products.
β’ Disseminate updates on reimbursement information and brand-specific strategies.
β’ Collaborate and integrate efforts with cross-functional partners.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
β’ 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or device industries.
β’ Required experience in rare diseases and cardiometabolic disorders, including Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia.
β’ Market access experience is preferred, encompassing field reimbursement, account management, marketing, or trade.
β’ A strong preference for candidates with Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience.
β’ Previous involvement in rare disease management is preferred.
β’ Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to identify issues and communicate them effectively, especially across various functional areas.
β’ Familiarity with private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures, systems, methodologies, reimbursement policies, and processes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
