
Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide education to healthcare professionals regarding patient support programs, access, and reimbursement support tools and services.
• Inform about product-specific acquisition and access options, including specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution, and white-bagging support.
• Educate on resources available to resolve access issues.
• Offer local expertise on national and regional payer policies, payer challenges, coding modifications, and claims submission workflows.
• Collaborate with internal Oncology stakeholders on managing key accounts.
• Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and MHC account management teams.
• Build and sustain relationships with relevant providers within the territory.
• Stay updated on managed care, reimbursement, and policy developments.
• Work in a field-based position with approximately 75% travel involved.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in oncology and/or hematology-oncology.
• Background in physician-administered therapies, buy-and-bill products, medical benefit reimbursement, specialty distribution/pharmacy, or complex access models.
• Knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, claims submission, payer policies, affordability support, and patient support program operations.
• Capability to convey technical coding and billing requirements at both national and regional levels across diverse care settings.
• Familiarity with Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, along with associated reimbursement dynamics.
• Must meet applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
• Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain necessary credentials.
• Exceptional territory and account management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license necessary.
• Preferably 5 or more years of industry experience in access and reimbursement or account management.
