Field Reimbursement Manager, Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the field expert in patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related business matters within Dermatology.

• Serve as the primary contact for Dupixent MyWay Patient Support Services.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to spearhead Dupixent pull-through initiatives and provide assistance to the ABM as needed.

• Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals procedures, reimbursement support, complimentary drug programs, and financial assistance options.

• Design and execute geographic business plans to ensure proper access to Dupixent.

• Stay informed about local and national payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy dynamics, and Utilization Management standards.

• Build effective relationships with both internal and external customer segments.

• Collaborate with Alliance colleagues to foster respect and a customer-centric approach.

• Cultivate connections with state societies, associations, and advocacy organizations to enhance patient access and awareness.

• Conduct visits to HCP offices, facilitate educational sessions, and address escalated issues while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Operate in compliance to minimize cycle time and enhance conversion rates for patients receiving Dupixent.


⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector or healthcare field.

• Background in Dermatology, respiratory care, and/or Market Access is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel for meetings, training sessions, and programs as required.

• Additional travel within the designated region is necessary.

• Proven track record of success in cross-functional collaboration and working within a matrix and co-promotion environment.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, including conflict management and the development of solid working relationships.

• Capacity to adapt to change and respond positively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

• Maintain and uphold compliance with Sanofi policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel 50%-75%, depending on the geographical area.
