Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Address and resolve issues related to patient access.

• Provide guidance to healthcare provider offices regarding proper billing and coding for clients’ products.

• Deliver educational services across relevant care settings.

• Collaborate directly with office support staff, billing and coding professionals, relevant third-party vendors, and other key stakeholders.

• Act as the subject matter expert on medical benefit reimbursement, access, and coverage matters.

• Assist with challenges related to Prior Authorization and Appeals.

• Work to remove obstacles to patient access and enhance availability of medications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates who can type a minimum of 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy are preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary is desirable.

• Regular ability to communicate verbally or hear.

• Capability to sit for extended periods.

• Proficiency in using hands for typing, handling, or feeling, as well as reaching with hands and arms.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Drug screening may be required depending on the position, in line with company policies.
