Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in both face-to-face and virtual interactions to support provider inquiries regarding coverage requirements.

• Provide education to provider staff on coverage expectations, coding and billing requirements, prior authorization processes, and financial assistance resources.

• Offer education and services related to access, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and affordability for IBRX products.

• Act as the reimbursement expert within the designated geographic area.

• Proactively inform key stakeholders about changes in reimbursement.

• Anticipate and address reimbursement challenges within the assigned territory.

• Educate healthcare professionals about IBRX HUB Support Services.

• Plan and participate in strategic interactions at major industry conferences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Directors, Marketing, Medical, and HUB Services teams.

• Meet targets and objectives established by senior leadership.

• Monitor and analyze HUB portal data specific to the geography.

• Assist in training and ongoing education for cross-functional partners.

• Engage with customers in accordance with IBRX compliance policies and procedures.

• Undertake ad-hoc and cross-functional tasks and projects as assigned.

• Work remotely with up to 50% travel required.

• Operate a personal vehicle on behalf of the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the US pharmaceutical industry or other healthcare-focused reimbursement is essential.

• At least 5 years of experience working with customers in a market access role is required.

• Experience with buy and bill reimbursement in Oncology or Urology specialty products is preferred.

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partners is necessary.

• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D is essential.

• Familiarity with commercial insurance reimbursement is required.

• Knowledge of HCPCS Level I/II and ICD-10 billing codes is necessary.

• Demonstrated skills in planning and communication are required.

• Ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders is essential.

• Clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge in complex disease states is necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Capability to anticipate issues and respond promptly, flexibly, and creatively is essential.

• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills are required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while identifying and resolving issues is essential.

• Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record check upon hiring and annually thereafter.

• Must maintain automobile liability insurance that meets company requirements: currently $250,000/$500,000 for bodily injury liability and $100,000 for property damage liability.

• Proof of required insurance coverage must be provided upon hiring and annually thereafter.
