Field Quality Supervisor – Solar

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a respectful leadership approach while fostering a positive culture within the technical team.

• Ensure that all surveys routed through the design team are technically feasible for installation.

• Assess and enhance technical checking and support procedures.

• Assist the sales team by addressing customers' technical inquiries.

• Implement technical rigor in scenarios where installation risks are present.

• Provide support to customers regarding app and desktop inverter software.

• Address technical challenges during and following installation.

• Aid in the promotion of the company's solar product offerings.

• Collaborate with the internal low carbon product design team to facilitate the installation of solar PV systems in residential properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A fully trained technical expert in solar energy, with a demonstrated history of installing domestic PV systems.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate with a team to achieve optimal outcomes.

• City & Guilds or an equivalent qualification at level 3.

• 18th Edition certification.

• 2394/2395 test and inspection qualifications.

• Solar PV certification.

• Willingness to travel across the nation.
