This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, lead, and manage the overall Sales Process for the Area sales team.
• Ensure Shareville hygiene is maintained and that sales tools are used effectively and in a timely manner.
• Confirm that both new hires and existing team members meet the necessary skill standards.
• Engage with customers in a structured fashion throughout the sales process.
• Establish local and regional reference sites.
• Collaborate with the Area Vice President of Sales.
• Work together with NAM Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement, and other NAM commercial teams to achieve or surpass revenue and profit goals.
• Lead the regional deployment of Demo Trucks and VIPs at headquarters.
• Assist in the development of local and Area customer reference sites for the Siemens Healthineers DX portfolio.
• Ensure that deals are accurately prepared and educate the team on how to build and submit proposals for approval.
• Serve as the Area liaison for Finance and address any sales-process gaps.
• Manage the funnel and pipeline across all product lines, including Prospect and Retention deals.
• Oversee the success of new hires while finding, developing, and assigning Sales Mentors.
• Address skill gaps identified by the AVP and Head of Sales.
• Monitor and drive opportunities through Shareville.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to enhance sales activity data and local forecasts.
• Create action plans to bridge sales skill and performance gaps.
• Demonstrated success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics.
• Strong understanding and expertise in sales processes, territory forecasting, and the creation and development of sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work across functions.
• Experience in training and development with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: Experience in developing account-level deal strategies (Miller Heiman) and effectively organizing teams for execution.
• Preferred: Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
• Preferred: Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must have no prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other significant moving violations, unless restricted by state/local law.
• Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
