This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create the change narrative, stakeholder map, adoption strategy, and communication schedule.
• Direct current-state and future-state value stream mapping pertaining to outage planning, execution, support, and learning.
• Convert strategy into standardized work processes, roles, governance, decision-making rights, and measurable site routines.
• Recognize adoption obstacles, process inefficiencies, and capability deficiencies.
• Collaborate on countermeasures with functional and regional leaders.
• Link field operations strategy implementation to the Services Operating System, Lean Roadmap, and SQDC priorities.
• Present a Field Operations change-management and stakeholder strategy.
• Produce comprehensive current-state and future-state value stream maps.
• Formulate a deployment roadmap that includes governance, milestones, responsible parties, and escalation procedures.
• Design a standard-work adoption plan along with site readiness criteria.
• Mentor and coach others to enhance organizational capability.
• Plan, govern, and execute high-impact programs and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in implementation and leadership within Operations, Center of Excellence, or SG&A functions.
• Proficient in utilizing the Lean toolkit.
• Solid understanding of Lean principles and operational methods.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% of the time.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-wide Lean transformations in complex, global, cross-functional industrial or technological settings.
• Expert Lean practitioner capable of facilitating kaizen events and coaching leaders and teams in Daily Management, structured problem-solving, value-stream and process mapping, Standard Work, transactional process improvement, and PDCA.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable execution while driving sustained adoption and measurable results.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Capacity to align senior leadership and diverse teams around a collaborative mindset.
• Data-driven approach to Lean problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in planning, governing, and delivering multiple high-impact programs and projects effectively.
• Ability to travel to GE Vernova Wind hub locations or wind farms.
