This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, profitability, market share, and strategic design-in targets.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies that align with global business objectives.
• Lead the annual and mid-term business planning processes, including growth, resource allocation, and investment strategies.
• Propel profitable growth while balancing revenue goals and gross margin targets.
• Enhance resource distribution across sales, applications, and service sectors.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with key semiconductor clients.
• Serve as the customer advocate and voice within Teradyne, emphasizing market needs.
• Mentor and guide Regional Sales Managers and their teams throughout Europe.
• Attract, retain, coach, and develop top-tier commercial talent.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that reflects the company's core values.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams in Applications, Service, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Collaborate with SoC teams, Memory business units, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Product Development, and other departments.
• Ensure customer needs are integrated into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Facilitate long-term business expansion through technology exchanges and customer engagement.
• Oversee forecasting accuracy, business reporting, and regional performance indicators.
• Manage regional P&L and contribution margins.
• Supervise pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
• Ensure the effective utilization of business tracking systems and financial controls.
• 12-15+ years of experience in the industry.
• At least 10 years in leadership or sales management roles.
• Proven track record of leading regional or international commercial organizations successfully.
• Strong history of closing complex, high-value business deals.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
• Experience in managing geographically dispersed and matrixed teams.
• Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry and its clients.
• In-depth understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Strong familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and testing processes.
• Proficient knowledge of capital equipment sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of electronics and high-tech sectors.
• Strong insight into supply chain, operations, and procurement environments.
• Solid commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to translate strategy into tangible results.
• Experience in balancing short-term performance with long-term growth goals.
• Proven success in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in recruitment and talent development.
